1. This is a real-time Live System designed to help reviewers from more than 192 countries to have better and transparent collaboration.
2. Before starting the review, login.
3. Then check how many review comments have already been submitted.
4. Also check if the window is closed or not.
5. If the window is OPEN, complete the review and upload the file.
6. If the window is closed, then please don’t do the review. In this case a RED notice will appear at the bottom of the window. Please read that notice carefully.
